Join Plant Salon Bucktown for a night of plants, candles, and yoga!

Release tension and the stress of your day in this gentle yoga practice in a small group setting. Plant Salon Bucktown will be transformed so that students will be surrounded by candlelight and lush plant life while transitioning through soothing movements and creating smooth breath patterns.

MATERIALS TO BRING:  
Each student must bring their own yoga mats to participate.  

CLASS SIZE & DETAILS:
There are a limit of 8 spots to attend this class, and this class at the 2016 W. Armitage Ave location.  Arrival later than 10 minutes after the class start time counts as a "missed class." There are no substitutions or refunds for missed classes, and any class promotions only apply to the date of the purchased class. 

After each session attendees are welcome to browse the Bucktown location and shop privately.

CLASS NOTIFICATIONS:
All class updates and notifications will only be sent to the email used to purchase tickets. There is a safety waiver each attendee must sign upon arrival in order to participate. ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Nichole Brown (They/ Them) has received training in psychologically sensitive and trauma informed yoga as well as training in adapting yoga for children and adults with mental and physical disabilities. They have been practicing yoga for close to 15 years now and work diligently to provide a safe and accessible space.
